Booking Policy

Reservations at ATMAVEDA RIVERSIDE RETREAT can only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total cost (or full payment if booking is being done within 1 week of arrival)

Final balance should be paid no later than 1 week before arrival

No reservation will be acknowledged without a confirmed booking voucher or unless it is accepted on email by the hotel

In the case of “No Show” the hotel reserves right to charge 100% retention against the stay

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation charges will be applicable if the booking is cancelled 15 days before arrival

50% of the deposit amount paid will be charged if the booking is cancelled between 15 days to 10 days before arrival

100% of the deposit amount paid will be retained as cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled 7 days before arrival

Cancellation fees are calculated on the total value of the reservation made.

Refund Policy

All refunds shall be processed as per the cancellation policy in 7 bank working days.

Meal Timings:

If you have specific dietary restrictions or allergies to any kind of food or drink, please check with the manager before consuming anything. Also inform the Front Office staff either before check – in or before meals so that necessary precautions are taken.

We don’t offer room service. All our meals are buffet style and served at our common dining area during the following timings:

Breakfast: 8.30 am to 10.30 am

Lunch: 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm

Tea/Coffee: 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm

Dinner: 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm

Cancel 4 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges

Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Buffet food cannot be taken as snacks. Please order from the snacks menu placed in the dining hall.

Bonfire

Bonfires are available on request and provided for at designated areas only.

Property Rules

  1. As per Government of India regulations, all guests above 18 years of age must produce valid ID for example Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card and Voter’s Identity Card at the time of check-in.
  2. Getting into the river is strictly prohibited
  3. Pets are not allowed in the property
  4. No smoking inside the rooms
  5. We do not sell or serve liquor. Consumption of liquor not allowed in the premises.
  6. Outside food is not allowed in the property
  7. We try to keep our environment as clean as possible. Guests are requested to do their part by throwing all trash / cigarette butts etc in the designated trash bins
  8. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to resort property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. The guest will be liable to pay for the damages at the time of check-out.
  9. We reserve the right to reject and evict any guest or group of guests who are found to be a nuisance which includes being disrespectful to our staff, management or other guests, engaging in fights, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or generally being noisy and disrupting the functioning of the resort
  10. Children are to be accompanied by an adult at all times in the property
  11. As we consider guest comfort and safety as our highest priority, the hotel will not allow visiting hotel guests in their guest rooms without prior notice and hotel guests’ approval
  12. Please be considerate of others and respect their comfort, privacy, and peace
  13. All extra charges (other than what is included) to be cleared through credit/debit card or cash before check out
  14. The management reserves the right to apply charges and fees to guests for lost and/or damaged properties/ equipment.
  15. Housekeeping in the rooms will be done every day if you request, however sheets will be changed only after every three days. Sheets can be changed more frequently on request and on additional payment
  16. Housekeeping and room cleaning services in addition to our standard daily cleaning, will be on request – 8 am to 5 pm. Leave the key the at the reception

 

Swimming Pool Rules – NOT OPERATIONAL YET

  1. Pool timings are from 8 AM to 6 PM.
  2. Entry into the pool with appropriate swimwear only. Regular clothes are not allowed inside the pool. If you do not have your own swimwear, please get in touch with the staff. Without proper swimwear, you will be charged INR 5,000 as penalty.
  3. Showering is compulsory before entering and after exiting the pool
  4. Guests with any skin conditions or open wounds must not enter the pool
  5. Adult supervision is a must if children are using the pool
  6. Pool towels are provided inside the room – Do not use bath towels
  7. No music is allowed at the pool side. No screaming or shouting. Children crying must be removed from the pool
  8. After exiting pool and before entering any common area, please dry yourself off
  9. Please keep the pool premises clean
